The fabric integrates multiple protective functions such as flame retardancy, anti-static, anti-electric arc, and acid-base resistance. The cotton fibers provide excellent moisture absorption and breathability, making it comfortable to wear and alleviating the feeling of heat and stuffiness during prolonged wear. The polyester fibers enhance the fabric’s tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and crease resistance, reducing water washing shrinkage and deformation. The embedded conductive fibers quickly dissipate static charges and eliminate static hazards. The 2-2 twill structure is dense and thick, with a firm and sturdy fabric body, excellent tear resistance. It can effectively resist open flame burns, electric arc impacts, and acid-base liquid splashes, and is suitable for thick multi-functional protective work clothes in high-risk positions such as power, petrochemical, and chemical smelting, achieving multiple protections in one piece and ensuring safety and durability.
