The fabric is inherently permanently flame-retardant and does not require post-treatment. When exposed to fire, it will extinguish itself and will not melt and drip at high temperatures, eliminating the risk of secondary burns. The addition of aniloyl aramid significantly enhances the fabric’s tear strength and wear resistance, prolonging the service life of the workwear. Embedded conductive fibers achieve long-term anti-static performance, and the protective performance does not diminish after multiple washes. The plain weave structure gives the fabric a smooth and breathable surface, with a light and soft feel. Wearing it does not cause a heavy and constraining sensation. It is suitable for the production of flame-retardant and anti-static workwear for high-risk positions in industries such as power, petrochemicals, metallurgy, and oil and gas. It balances safety protection with the comfort of long-term workwear wearing, making it the preferred fabric for lightweight aniloyl aramid protective workwear.
