The fabric integrates five protective functions: flame retardancy, anti-static, arc protection, acid and alkali resistance, and high visibility. The cotton fibers provide excellent moisture absorption and breathability, are gentle on the skin, and effectively alleviate the feeling of heat during long-term work; the polyester fibers enhance the fabric’s tensile strength, are wear-resistant and wrinkle-resistant, and reduce shrinkage and deformation after washing; the embedded conductive fibers can quickly dissipate static charges, avoiding the risk of static fire. The 4-1 ribbed structure is dense and tight, with a smooth and glossy surface, and a soft and pliable texture; combined with the high visibility reflective warning function, it significantly improves the visibility and recognition ability of workers in dim and nighttime operations. It is suitable for protective work clothes for complex and high-risk positions such as power operation, petrochemical industry, smelting emergency repair, and acid and alkali operations.
